My company, geoAscent, is a limited liability company, now registered in the higher State of Colorado (formerly registered in the great State of Texas).
The LLC exists as the legal and financial/tax entity for geoAscent’s three operational expressions (also soon to be rebranded). I am the company’s founder, owner, operator and single member.

Creative Works, while a part-time hobby, is my community-oriented passion project, my principal creative outlet and my most purpose-driven work. soulaTerrains and terraSojourn are “for profit” expressions of GeoAscent (though very community-oriented), helping to fund Creative Works while providing for my very simple lifestyle. Creative Works will help to synergize the most regenerative aspects of both terraSojourn and soulaTerrains. I wish to network with others of similar work interest. Web Apps and Sites, Writing, Graphics, Animation and Video
Under the Web Works expression, I create occasional, select web apps and sites. This includes design and visual &/or vibe-coded development. It also includes creative writing and AI graphics, animation, video & music. I’m particularly interested in projects for unique townships, STRs with a touristic focus and projects with eco-geological &/or community-oriented focus. An example of such a project might be the creation of a web app for all the eco-focussed organizations within a geo-region or the creation of a website repository of map apps.

Under the Home Works expression, I do occasional, select small-scale residential building (sheds, decks, pergolas, etc.), home repair and remodeling work. I’ve recently scaled this work back to focus more on eco-geo tourism. However, I’m leaving this site active in order to highlight my capabilities, because…
I’m interested in construction projects that faciliate community sustainability and financial resilience, as an adjunct to my eco-geo, tourism and community-focussed web projects. These would be occasional, select small-scale projects such as tiny home and camper builds (espcially for STR-type projects), permaculture-related projects, etc.
